尽快恢复血液灌流是挽救缺血心肌的根本途径。然而当心肌缺血达一定时间后再恢复血液供应会引起再灌注损伤。近年来随着溶栓术、冠状动脉搭桥术和成形技术以及心脏直视手术的广泛开展,心脏缺血再灌注损伤机理和防治的研究已成为心脏病学中的一个重大课题。研究发现自由基在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中起重要作用。本文就心肌缺血再灌注时自由基的来源和抗自由基药物的研究进展作一综述。
As soon as possible to restore hemoperfusion is the fundamental way to save ischemic myocardium. However, when the myocardial ischemia for a certain period of time after the resumption of blood supply can cause reperfusion injury. In recent years, with the thrombolysis, coronary artery bypass grafting and forming techniques and open heart surgery extensively carried out, the mechanism of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and prevention and treatment of cardiology has become a major issue. The study found that free radicals play an important role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article reviews the origin of free radicals and anti-free radical drugs during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.
