研制了吊盘稳车机构模拟试验系统,描述了系统硬件结构设计和软件系统的开发,给出了系统运行状态的测量方法。为了验证所构建的模拟试验系统是否达到设计要求,进行了吊盘调平试验和吊盘提升试验。试验表明,建立的吊盘稳车机构模拟试验系统达到了设计要求,反映了工业现场稳车的运行特性。
The simulation test system of the hanging plate steady vehicle was developed. The hardware structure design and the software system development were described. The measurement method of the system running state was given. In order to verify whether the constructed simulation test system meets the design requirements, the leveling test and the lifting test were carried out. The test shows that the established simulation system of the suspender has met the design requirements and reflects the operating characteristics of the stable vehicle at the industrial site.
