为分析各茬初花期多叶型和三叶型紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa影响光能利用和水分利用的各因子的差异性及其对产量的影响,试验在自然条件下,利用LI-6400光合测定系统对前3茬初花期的两类叶型紫花苜蓿的叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率及相关的生理生态因子的日变化进行测定后计算均值。结果表明两类紫花苜蓿的各光合性状均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),且两类紫花苜蓿产量受到光合速率、气孔限制值、蒸腾速率、光能利用率和水分利用率等因素的共同作用;由于多叶型紫花苜蓿品系的光合能力强,光能利用效高,更具有高产优势,除第1茬外,多叶型品系紫花苜蓿各茬产量明显高于三叶型品种(P<0.01)。
In order to analyze the difference of each factor influencing light energy use and water use and the impact on the yield of Medicago sativa at the beginning of florescence and three-leaf alfalfa, the experiment was carried out under natural conditions using LI-6400 photosynthesis system The mean values of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and diurnal changes of related physiological and ecological factors in leaves of two types of alfalfa at the beginning of the first 3 stubble were calculated. The results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.01) in the photosynthetic characteristics of the two alfalfa varieties. The photosynthetic rate, stomatal limitation, transpiration rate, light energy utilization and water use efficiency of the two alfalfa varieties were all significantly different The photosynthetic capacity of multi-leaf alfalfa lines was higher than that of three-leaf clover lines except for the first stubble. The yield of the multi-leaf alfalfa lines was significantly higher than that of the three-leaf clover lines (P < 0.01).
