政绩观是干部从政价值取向的直接体现,有什么样的政绩观,就有什么样的工作目标和施政行为。干部的“政绩观”正确与否,不仅会影响到一个单位、一项事业的顺利发展,也会影响到一个干部、一届班子、一支队伍的健康成长,甚至会影响党和国家事业的兴旺发达。笔者认为,树立正确的政绩观应当处理好“四个关系”。
The concept of performance is a direct embodiment of the value orientation of cadres’ administration and what kind of work goals and governance behaviors are there for what kind of performance concept. Correctness or not in the cadre’s “view of political achievement” will not only affect the smooth development of a unit and a cause, but also affect the healthy growth of a cadre, a team, and a contingent and may even affect the cause of the party and state Prosperous. The author believes that to establish a correct view of achievements should handle the “four relations.”
