Seven patients with allergic purpura in the intake of azo dyes and benzoic acid compounds after the occurrence of anaphylactic reaction. In oral azo dye as the challenge test purpura reactions occur. 3 cases of purpura after ingestion of benzoic acid compounds, and 4 cases of purpura also occurred after taking aspirin. If the skin is pre-treated with niacin, a slight purpuric reaction is more likely to occur after the challenge test. In the diet does not contain these additives, all patients get better. In addition, it was observed that phenyleway (hypoglycemic) and Ethylestrenol treatment can also be obtained beneficial effects, for the stimulation test also purpuric response to alleviate. The author thinks: First, azo dyes and benzoate as an important source of allergic purpura (Xu Lan - Henoch Purpura), which is not considered in the past. It was reported that a case of recurrent purpura due to tartar yellow allergy. Additives hidden in food and medicine are diverse and it is difficult to link physicians and patients to the relationship between the ingestion of food, drugs, and the recurrence of symptoms. Second, patients with anaphylactoid purpura, with similar additives for provocation test caused purpura, or to exacerbate the existing mild purpura; or make the Thurfyl nicotinate test site changes appear purpura. Some purpuric reactions are confined to the Thurfyl nicotinate test site, which is also more widely distributed, and the Thurfyl nicotinate test site is always the most reactive. This is obviously Thurfyl nicotinate that makes the skin easy
