抗菌素414是七烯类抗真菌抗菌素,是福建省微生物研究所于1970年从江西省土壤中分离得到的一株球孢放线菌所产生。经过物理化学鉴定,抗菌素414属曲古霉素族的一个新抗菌素。本品有二个组成部分——414 Ⅰ和414Ⅱ,Ⅰ的去氧胆酸钠复合物的水溶性好,毒性低,对白念珠菌和新型隐球菌有较强的杀灭作用。本文介绍抗菌素414的抗菌作用和药理试验。一、体外抗菌试验最低抑菌浓度(MIC):由临床分离的白念珠菌(24株)、新型隐球菌(5株)、曲菌、镰刀菌等44株作为试验菌,培养于沙保氏培养基,采用试管双倍稀释法,测定抗菌素414的体外抗菌作用,并以两性霉素B作对照。结果发现抗菌素414对白念珠菌的MIC在0.5~25微克/毫升之间,其中22株的MIC在3.1微克/毫升以下(占91.7%);对新型隐球菌的MIC为
Antibiotics 414 is a heptapene antifungal antibiotic, which is produced by a strain of actinomycete spores isolated from soil in Jiangxi Province in 1970 by Fujian Institute of Microbiology. After physicochemical identification, antibiotic 414 is a new antibiotic of the family of quack. This product has two components - 414 Ⅰ and 414 Ⅱ, Ⅰ sodium deoxycholate complex water-soluble, low toxicity, Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans have a stronger killing effect. This article describes the antibacterial effect of antibiotics 414 and pharmacological tests. First, in vitro antibacterial test Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC): from clinical isolates of Candida albicans (24 strains), Cryptococcus neoformans (5 strains), Aspergillus, Fusarium and other 44 strains as test bacteria cultured in Sabouraud Medium, the use of double-dilution tube test to determine antibacterial 414 antibacterial effect in vitro and amphotericin B as a control.
