血栓性静脉炎常发生在左下肢静脉,常突然发生。它的特点是:疼痛、皮肤发红、病变的静脉呈较硬而有压痛的节段状。中医认为该病属气滞血瘀证,根据“不通则痛”、“气行则血行,的中医理论,笔者采用膈下逐瘀汤加味治疗,方中五灵脂、当归,桃仁、红花、活血祛瘀为主药;丹皮、川芎、赤芍为辅药;乌药,延胡索、香附、枳壳疏畅气机,使气行则血行,均为佐药;甘草协调诸药为使药,合面用之使气行瘀去。
