本文观察扶正冲剂(健脾益肾方)对组织氧耗量的影响。实验结果表明:①该方增加正常小鼠肝匀浆(体外)氧耗量。②组成复方各单味药对正常小鼠肝匀浆(体外)氧耗量也有不同程度的促进作用。③整体实验证实:该方明显增加肿瘤组织氧耗量。对化疗物环磷酰胺组,可减轻其对组织的损伤。提示扶正冲剂对正常组织有补益气血作用,对肿瘤组织可减弱酵解,使乳酸生成过多引起的组织酸中毒,通过增加有氧氧化加以改
This article observes the effect of Fuzheng Granules on the oxygen consumption of tissues. The experimental results show that: (1) This side increases the oxygen consumption of liver homogenates (in vitro) of normal mice. 2 The composition of each single herb medicine on the normal mouse liver homogenate (in vitro) oxygen consumption also have different degrees of promotion. 3 The overall experiment confirmed that this side significantly increased the oxygen consumption of the tumor tissue. For chemotherapy group cyclophosphamide, it can reduce the damage to the tissue. Tips Fuzheng granules are beneficial to normal tissues for qi and blood, and they can weaken glycolysis for tumor tissues, causing excessive acid production caused by lactic acidosis, and can be modified by increasing aerobic oxidation.
