建设工程领域的培训教育的变化日新月异,企业管理者为适应市场竞争、为提高自身能力逐渐转变着培训的需求。为适应这种变化,学院应该认清变化的方向,树立品牌意识,创立精品课程,科学的转变办学思路,创造个性化的、时效性的办学特点。从模式转变要效益,从方式多样要效益,从自身提高要效益,从而打破发展的瓶颈,巩固学院在建设工程领域培训的核心地位。
The changes of training and education in the field of construction engineering are changing with each passing day. To meet the market competition, the managers of enterprises gradually change their training needs in order to improve their own abilities. In order to adapt to this change, the college should recognize the direction of change, establish brand awareness, create quality courses, change the school’s thinking scientifically, and create personalized and timely schooling characteristics.
