通过对2011—2013年我国护士执业资格考试大纲的变化情况进行深入剖析和探讨,结合我校高职护理专业办学理念和实际情况,从人才培养方案、课程设置、教学内容、教学方法及考核方式等方面进行尝试,充分利用现代信息技术资源和网络社交平台,使护理专业学生更好地适应全国护士执业资格考试改革的新要求,执业资格考试通过率显著提高,并得到用人单位的充分好评,同时以考促教,显著提高护理教育教学质量,从长远而言促进了护理专业的持续健康发展。
