在学习和借鉴国内外有关项目后评价理论和经验的基础上,对水电建设项目后评价中的移民工程后评价内容进行了全面的论述,并给出了移民工程成功度评价的主要方法。
On the basis of studying and referring to the theory and experience of post-evaluation of projects at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively discusses the post-evaluation of resettlement projects in the post-evaluation of hydropower projects and gives the main methods for evaluating the success of resettlement projects.
