我院从1977年11月至1980年4月共收治慢性肺源性心脏病并发肺性脑病的病人114例(123例次),肺性脑病的诊断标准及分型均按1977年第二次全国肺心病专业会议拟定的方案进行。每个病人在肺性脑病发生时及神志改善后12小时内采动脉血测定血气及酸硷变化情况。现将资料完整的93例(105例次)总结分析如下
In our hospital from November 1977 to April 1980 were treated in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by pulmonary encephalopathy in 114 patients (123 cases), the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary encephalopathy and typing according to the second time in 1977 Pneumoconiosis National Conference prepared by the program. Each patient in the occurrence of pulmonary encephalopathy and consciousness improvement within 12 hours after the acquisition of blood and blood gas changes in acid-base pH changes. The data now complete 93 cases (105 cases) summarized as follows
