本文立足军事院校任职教育发展需求,对教员教学能力的发展提出了相关建议,强调认清军事任职教育发展的需求,重视课堂教学,并针对任职教育特点,提倡采用前沿有效的新理论新方法大胆实践。
Based on the needs of military academies and schools serving educational development, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of teachers’ teaching abilities. It emphasizes the need of military post education development, attaches importance to classroom teaching and advocates the adoption of new frontier and effective new theories and methods Bold practice.
