本文研究了三种碳-锰、碳-锰-铌钢控制轧制中铁素体晶粒细化的规律。大量试验证明,热轧后钢中铁体晶素粒尺寸(d_F)主要受形变量(ε)、形变温度(T_D)、原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸(d_A)及冷却速度、钢中成分的影响。在单道次轧制中这三种钢的铁素体晶粒尺寸与各参数的综合定量关系皆可用下式表达:将式中的d_A改为“等效奥氏体晶粒尺寸”,此式就可应用于多道次轧制,予测多道次轧制后的铁素体晶粒尺寸。
In this paper, the rules of grain refinement of ferrite in three kinds of carbon-manganese, carbon-manganese-niobium steels were studied. A large number of experiments show that the grain size (d_F) of iron in hot-rolled steel is mainly affected by the deformation (ε), deformation temperature (T_D), the original austenite grain size (d_A) and cooling rate, . In a single pass rolling, the ferrite grain sizes of all three kinds of steel can be expressed by the following formula: d_A in the formula is replaced by “equivalent austenite grain size” Can be applied to multi-pass rolling, multi-pass rolling to predict the ferrite grain size.
