本文采用以参数方程表示的Mises准则,利用等向强化模型及形变理论,求得板材成形轴对称问题的通解。并通过翻边、压延工序的应力应变的电子计算机计算曲线分析了N、R值对应力应变的影响程度。由三种材料的实验翻边表明:实验点与理论计算曲线基本吻合。
In this paper, the Mises criterion represented by the parametric equation is used to obtain the general solution to the axisymmetric problem of sheet forming by using the isotropic strengthening model and deformation theory. The effect of N, R value on the stress and strain was analyzed by electronic computer calculation curve of stress and strain in flanging and rolling process. The experimental flanging of three kinds of materials shows that the experimental points are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation curves.
