目的采用离子色谱法同时测定水源地水及自来水厂出水中5种消毒副产物和6种常见阴离子的浓度。方法选用Ion Pac AS19色谱柱,在8~35 mmol/L KOH淋洗液梯度淋洗,流速1.0 ml/min、电流量87 m A、进样量150μl的色谱条件下,抑制型电导检测器进行检测。结果 5种消毒副产物和6种常见阴离子可以达到很好的分离效果,线性相关系数r≥0.997 4,重复测定相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.40%~5.81%之间,平均回收率在80.9%~104.7%之间。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,线性良好,可以同时准确地测定水中5种消毒副产物和6种常见阴离子。
Objective To simultaneously determine the concentrations of five kinds of disinfection by-products and six kinds of common anions in the effluent of water sources and tap water plants by ion chromatography.
