目的:分析临床药师参与癌痛患者规范化药学服务的实践与效果。方法:选取医院肿瘤科2015年6—12月期间收治的癌症患者40例作为研究对象,对所有患者开展临床药学服务,比较干预前后癌痛患者的疼痛情况及用药的依从性。结果:干预后癌痛患者疼痛评分值明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后患者用药的依从性明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师参与癌痛患者的药学服务可明显改善患者的疼痛程度,提高患者在用药过程中的依从性,加强患者对疼痛知识的掌握,使癌痛的治疗趋于规范化,提高癌症患者的生存质量。
Objective: To analyze the practice and effect of clinical pharmacists’ participation in standardized pharmacy services for cancer patients. Methods: A total of 40 cancer patients admitted to the Department of Oncology at the hospital from June to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects. Clinical pharmacy services were performed for all patients. The pain and compliance of patients with cancer pain before and after intervention were compared. Results: The pain scores of patients with cancer pain after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05). The compliance of patients after drug intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists’ participation in cancer care for patients with cancer pain can significantly improve the patient’s pain level, improve the patient’s compliance in the course of medication, strengthen the patient’s grasp of pain knowledge, make the treatment of cancer pain tend to be standardized, and improve the cancer patients. Quality of Life.
