免疫力是指机体抵抗外来侵袭,维护体内环境稳定的能力,始终与疾病及衰老过程相抗衡。饮食营养对免疫功能有重要的影响,是维持人体正常免疫功能和健康的物质基础。然而,现代人的生活节奏变快,加班熬夜、饮食不规律等不良习惯过快的消耗着我们的体力和免疫力。免疫力低了,身体就容易反复生病,如感冒、扁桃体炎、精神萎靡等,我们跟医院打交道的次数就会越来越多,生活质量也逐渐下降。
