在美国阿拉斯加的FortKnox矿山中 ,解吸、酸洗和回转窑再生过程产生了细粒炭物料 ,由于其中含有有价的金 ,所以用压滤机收集这种细粒炭物料。细粒炭试样分析表明 ,其中含有 2 0 %~ 30 %的炭、70 %~ 80 %的砂粒和 0 17~ 0 6 8g/kg金。含在本研究的细粒炭试样中的 80 %金是以再结晶的游离金粒形式存在 ,其余的金以炭吸附的形式存在。在实验室试验中采用泡沫浮选法可从细粒炭物料中获得高回收率的金和炭精矿 ,并有效丢弃大量的砂粒。经 3段金浮选和 2段炭浮选 ,金的回收率可达到 95 %以上 ,炭的回收率为 90 %。
Desorption, pickling and rotary kiln regeneration at a FortKnox mine in Alaska, USA produced finely divided charcoal material which was collected by a filter press as it contained valuable gold. Fine carbon sample analysis showed that it contains 20% ~ 30% of carbon, 70% ~ 80% of sand and 0 17 ~ 0 68g / kg of gold. 80% of the gold contained in the fine-grained carbon sample of this study is in the form of recrystallized free gold grains and the remaining gold is in the form of carbon adsorption. In laboratory experiments, froth flotation was used to obtain high recoveries of gold and carbon concentrates from fine-grained carbon materials and to effectively discard large amounts of grit. After 3 sections of gold flotation and 2 sections of carbon flotation, gold recovery rate can reach more than 95%, the recovery rate of 90% of carbon.
