本文介绍了经V、Ti微合金化的-45℃级09DR新钢种的研制过程及采用此钢经大减径量和控制终温轧制石油套管结晶机用无缝管的工艺。经试验证明,钢管的脆性转变温度为-65~-75℃,夏氏冲击功为日本JISG3460-84标准允许值的5~8倍,综合性能及尺寸公差均达到并超过了国际同级钢管的实物水平。
This paper introduces the development process of V-Ti microalloyed-09 ℃ 09DR new steel and the process of using this steel with large diameter reducing amount and controlling the final temperature of the seamless tube of the oil casing crystallization machine. The test proved that the brittle transition temperature of the steel pipe is -65 ~ -75 ℃, the Charpy impact energy is 5 ~ 8 times the allowable value of the Japanese JISG3460-84 standard, the overall performance and dimensional tolerances have reached and exceeded the international level steel pipe Physical level.
