本文从节能,提高产品产量。质量及减轻工人劳动强度出发。从技术改造上着手,运用新技术,对中温燃油水冷辊底式退火炉提出推广性改进意见。改造中采用了无水冷辊道,双管全热风喷咀及一、二次空气预热,改变了燃油燃烧方式.选用合理炉型,对炉体及热风管进行绝热保温,采用Ⅱ型仪表联锁控制,炉内及进、出炉辊道可控硅控制。通过实践证明,运行是可靠的,技术是先进的,经济效益是显著的,对当前水冷辊道退火炉的改造具有现实意义及推广意义。
