随着社会经济的不断发展,当前的社会已经逐渐发展成为一个具有超强学习风气的社会。我国的事业单位是社会构成的重要组成部分,在很大的程度上事业单位的进步和发展直接影响着社会的发展。因此,不管是从事业单位自身的发展,还是从对社会的影响角度出发,事业单位都应该在单位内部培养员工的学习风气,提高员工的价值理念,让其发展成为学习型单位。本文主要就我国事业单位人员培训的价值理念进行探析,找到当前事业单位在员工培训过程中存在的问题,并提出相关的解决策略。
With the continuous development of social economy, the current society has gradually developed into a society with super learning style. The institutions and institutions in our country are an important part of the social composition. To a large extent, the progress and development of institutions directly affect the development of the society. Therefore, no matter from the development of the self-employed or from the perspective of social impact, the public institution should cultivate the internal learning style of employees within the unit so as to enhance the employees’ values and make them develop into learning units. This article mainly probes into the value concept of personnel training in public institutions in our country, finds out the problems existing in the process of staff training in the current public institution, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
