应用利福平(RFP)、乙胺丁醇(EMB)治疗肺结核,获得了较好的疗效,但以其治疗结核性脑膜炎,国内尚报导不多。本所应用上述二种药物治疗结核性脑膜炎也取得了较好的疗效,现予以报导。一般资料本所1972～1980年经临床、腰穿、X线胸部摄影等证实之成人结核性脑膜炎共33例,男性26例,女性7例,男女之比为3.71:1;年龄最小者为18岁,最大者为59岁,以21～30岁较多,计12例,占36.36％。并发其他器官结核者30例,占90.91％,其中血
