我院于1989年2月开始应用Micro—Selectron—HDR经直肠内放射治疗前列腺癌3例,现报告如卞。年龄67岁—73岁之间,为不适或不能手术治疗的晚期病人,见表: 治疗方法一、体外放疗根据病变的大小和范围,先行体外放射治疗,下腹部对穿野,模拟机下定位设10×10cm~2或10×8cm~2照射野,采用10MV x—ray放疗,总量DT 40Gy/4周。二、腔内放疗体外放射治疗一周后,开始行腔内放疗。经直肠腔内插入施源器,于模拟机下定位,摄取定位像,根据肿物大小选定放疗长度及参考点,制定治疗计划。
