选择性支气管动脉造影及药物灌注治疗肺部疾病国内起步较晚,而支气管动脉大剂量顺铂联合灌注治疗肺癌国内尚未见报告。我院自1988年12月至1990年10月采用此法治疗中晚期肺癌36例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下:资料和方法本组36例,男性34例,女性2例。年龄36—70岁,中位年龄57岁。所有患者诊断均经病理及细胞学检查证实,鳞癌24例,腺癌9例,小细胞未分化癌3例。中央型30例,周围型6例。按1978年全国肺癌协作组拟定肺癌分
Selective bronchial arteriography and drug infusion treatment of lung disease started late in the country, and large-dose cisplatin combined with bronchial arterial infusion therapy for lung cancer has not yet been reported. In our hospital from December 1988 to October 1990, this method was used to treat 36 cases of advanced lung cancer, and achieved good results.
