连杆是发动机的重要零件之一。在大批大量生产中,连杆的切削加工,国外广泛的采用了组合机床及其自动线。由于连杆的结构不同,采用的自动线方案也不相同。其中连杆体和盖的连接方式,对螺栓孔加工自动线的工艺方案影响较大。一般的发动机连杆大致有套筒或铰制螺栓连接、齿形或凸肩连接等方式。目前,国内采用较多的是铰制螺栓的连接方式。这种连接方式对定位孔的加工精度要求较高,工艺过程也比较复杂。工件的输送方式也直接影响到自动线的结构方案。本文仅以螺栓定位连接的连杆为对象,着重介绍一下螺栓孔加工自动线的两个主要问题——加工定位孔的工艺方法和工件的输送方式。本着“洋为中用”的精神,初步整理了这份资料,以供参考。
