各市乡镇企业局:当前,我省乡镇企业已由抗洪救灾转入恢复生产阶段。省委五届二次全会对恢复生产工作提出了明确要求,为认真贯彻落实省委指示精神,确保在大灾之年全面完成省委、省政府年初确定的全省乡镇企业各项任务目标,对当前恢复生产阶段的几项工作通知如下:一、坚定信心,鼓足干劲,力争超额完成全年任务目标。各级乡镇企业王管部门要带领广大乡镇企业干部职工在前阶段防汛抗洪抢险的基础上,继续发扬不怕疲劳、连续作战、迎难而上、顽强拼搏的精神,发扬“公而忘私、患难与共、百折不挠、勇往直前”和自立更生、自强自立、艰苦奋斗的精神,坚定信心,鼓足干劲,力争完成或超额完成全年各项奋斗目标。省局决定,今年全省乡镇企业发展的计划目标不变。
