文章就西部农村地区在完成乡镇中心幼儿园建立之后,师资队伍质量严重制约了乡镇中心幼儿园的可持续、高效发展的现状,进行了大量的实践探索,并在实证研究的基础上,提出了区域提升农村幼儿教师专业能力的一系列策略。
