以往我厂在处理原生铜锌硫矿石时,在优先选铜过程中,一直采用氰化钠和硫酸锌抑制闪锌矿和黄铁矿分选铜的工艺。在无产阶级文化大革命凯歌声中,1971年10月开始了新工艺的工业试验,在广大工人、技术人员和领导干部的共同努力下,克服种种困难,终于在优先选铜工艺中,逐步取消了氰化钠、硫酸锌,实现了无抑制剂分选铜锌硫的新工艺,并取得了良好效果。四年来的生产实践证明,在处理原生铜锌硫矿石时,只要严格控制pH值为9.5~9.8,适当降低捕收剂用量,掌握好工艺操作,不用氰
