目的探讨和改进骨髓穿刺针的清洗方法。方法按照随机原则,将729个骨髓穿刺针随机分为常规组和试验组。常规组采用多酶超声清洗+高压水枪冲洗+自动清洗机清洗;试验组在超声清洗前用碱性清洗液浸泡,在清洗机清洗后检查发现有血液残留的用20 g/L过氧化氢溶液浸泡30 min后再清洗。对2组清洗效果用目测和光源放大镜检查及隐血试验进行比较。结果用目测和光源放大镜检查,试验组合格率为98.92%,对照组为90.28%,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);隐血试验检测结果试验组合格率为98.10%,对照组合格率为88.61%,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在传统清洗方法的基础上,加用碱性清洗液预处理、20g/L过氧化氢溶液浸泡,能有效提高骨髓穿刺针的清洗质量。
Objective To explore and improve the method of cleaning bone marrow puncture needle. Methods According to random principle, 729 bone marrow puncture needle were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group. The conventional group was treated with multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning + high-pressure water gun rinse + automatic washing machine; before the ultrasonic cleaning, the test group was soaked in the alkaline cleaning solution, and after the washing machine was cleaned, it was found that there was 20 g / L hydrogen peroxide solution Soak for 30 min before cleaning.
