我们学校的文化教育是速成性质的。学员大部分是从速成学校出来的,小时未上过学;有的还根本未进过学校门,只是在工作中自学到一点文化。他们普遍的计算能力很差,计算技能很掘劣,速度很慢,错误也很多。往往一个很简单的问题费很大的劲算了半天,还算不对,因此他们很苦闷;有的至甚说:“看见数学计算就头痛!”而我们教员看着学员不能按时完成作业,心里也很着急;看着他们把过多的时间用于数学计算上了,不是影响进度,就是影响课程的消化和巩固,更是忧虑。过去为了解决这个问题,我们曾用发起数学演算运
The culture and education of our school are of an instant nature. Most of the trainees came out of the crash school and did not go to school for hours; some did not even enter the school gate, but only learned a little culture at work. Their general computing power is poor, calculation skills are very poor, speed is slow, and mistakes are numerous. Very often, a very simple question is too expensive for a long time. It’s not right, so they are very depressed. Some even say, “Seeing a mathematical calculation is a headache!” And our teachers watched the students not finish their homework on time. They are also very anxious; watching them spend too much time on mathematical calculations, not affecting progress, or affecting the digestion and consolidation of the curriculum, is even more worrying. In order to solve this problem in the past, we used to initiate mathematics operations.
