分别采用试管药膜法、浸渍法和喷雾法测定不同药剂对B型烟粉虱各虫态的毒力和对成虫的驱避作用。结果表明,阿维菌素、吡虫啉、氯氟氰菊酯、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺和灭多威对烟粉虱成虫的毒力均较高,分别是噻嗪酮的3625.3、873.4、841.4、312.8、154.3和53.4倍;蚊蝇醚对卵的毒力最高,LC50为0.009mg/L,其毒力是噻嗪酮的91151.9倍;阿维菌素、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、烯啶虫胺、虱螨脲和氯氟氰菊酯对1龄若虫的毒力较高,且显著高于对3龄若虫的毒力;3种昆虫生长调节剂类药剂对若虫致毒作用缓慢;吡虫啉和噻虫嗪对烟粉虱成虫的驱避效果好,持效期可达15天;绿颖矿物油对成虫的驱避率较高,并有较好的杀卵作用。
The toxicity of the different agents to each of the Bemisia tabaci B-biotypes and the repellent effect on the adults were determined by tube membrane assay, dipping method and spraying method respectively. The results showed that the virulence of abamectin, imidacloprid, cyhalothrin, thiamethoxam, nitenpyram and methomyl on Bemisia tabaci adults were high, which were 3625.3, 873.4, 841.4, 312.8, 154.3 and 53.4 times respectively. The mosquito flies ethers had the highest toxicity to eggs with LC50 of 0.009 mg / L and its toxicity was 91151.9 times that of buprofezin. Abamectin, thiamethoxam, imidacloprid, Insectamine, lufenuron and cyhalothrin had higher virulence to the first instar nymphs and was significantly higher than the virulence to the third instar nymphs. The three insects growth regulators were slow to nymphs, while imidacloprid Thiamethoxam had good repellent effect on adults of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), and the persistence period was up to 15 days. The repellent rate of the green mineral oil to adults was higher, and the oviposition ability was better.
