本文对山东省滨州地区四县一市34541例0～14岁儿童进行了哮喘病流行病学调查,发现哮喘病235例,发病率为0.68％,初发年龄<3岁为85.11％。最常见的诱发因素为上呼吸道感染,其它因素为食物、情绪、吸入过敏物质、运动等。42.98％患者有哮喘病家族史。提示呼吸道感染与遗传是儿童哮喘病的主要诱发因素。
In this paper, 34541 children from 0 to 14 years old in four counties and one city of Shandong Province were investigated for epidemiology of asthma. There were 235 cases of asthma, the incidence was 0.68%, and the initial onset age <3 years was 85.11%. The most common predisposing factor is upper respiratory tract infection, other factors are food, emotions, inhalation of allergies, exercise and so on. 42.98% of patients had a family history of asthma. Tip of respiratory tract infection and heredity is the main predisposing factor for childhood asthma.
