预应力法修复起重机箱形主梁下挠,经实践证明是一种行之有效的方法。它尤其适用于桥式起重机数量多、大修周期短、生产任务紧的企业单位。在这些单位,采用预应力法修复主梁下挠,所获得的经济效益更为可观。 本文结合我厂桥式起重机主梁下挠修复实例,对目前采用的两种修复方法的经济效益作粗略比较,并对主梁下挠的修理界限提几点肤浅的看法。
Prestressed method to repair the crane box girder under the torsion, proved to be an effective method. It is especially suitable for the large number of overhead cranes, overhaul cycle short, tight production tasks of business units. In these units, the prestressing method is used to repair the deflection of the main girder and the economic benefits obtained are more substantial. In this paper, I bridge girder crane girder under the flexible repair case, the current two methods used to repair the rough comparison of the economic benefits, and repair of the main girder under the deflection of the scene to make a few superficial view.
