外用硫代硫酸钠溶液为我院协定制剂,又称花斑癣药水,由硫代硫酸钠300g,95%乙醇220ml,加蒸馏水至1000ml 制成。治疗疥疮、汗斑、花斑癣等皮肤病效果显著。有时,在配中加入95%医用乙醇出现白色浑浊或白色沉淀,并伴有 SO_2臭味。对此,据药典规定测定了化学纯乙醇(C)和医用乙醇(M)的酸度。经酸度计测定 M的 pH(3.50)明显低于 C 的 pH(5.68)。说明 M 的 pH 偏低是引起溶液沉淀的主要原因之一。因为 Na_2S_2O_3+2H~+→
