本文报告了四边对孔式活动假眼座的研制及临床应用情况。材料为SEG-801医用高强度室温硫化硅橡胶,具有对人体无毒,组织相容性好,无过敏及凝血反应,不易老化,工艺制作简便等优点。眼座设计学;形状结构合理;质韧柔软;富有弹性;可用刀剪切削;有四种型号,便于推广使用;手术方便;效果良好,经临床应用70例,无1例脱出。我们从事的研制实验,特别是假眼座的标准化,系列化,以及定配假眼的配套整体工作,在国内尚属首创,随着我国工程技术、医疗技术的发展,该项工作定将不断完善、提高。
