2011年7月23日,发生在我国境内的甬温线动车追尾事故致40人死亡,192人受伤,引起国内关于铁路、高铁、动车安全问题的大讨论。在国际上,铁路交通事故也屡有发生,其中以1998年发生在德国的高铁事故最为严重,101位乘客在短短180s中丧生。本刊曾在2007年第1期“史事钩沉”栏目中分析过该起事故,时隔4年,本刊以《高铁惊魂》为题,再次披露这起事故更多的细节,以期引起广大读者对铁路交通安全更多的关注与思考。
