目的:建立三七的生物质量控制与评价方法,通过测定其细胞指数值来评价不同产地三七的品质。方法:采用实时细胞电子分析技术(Real-Time Cell-based Assay,RTCA)考察三七提取物针对特定依赖性细胞株的生物细胞活性,分析样品在一定时间内的变化趋势和作用规律,并在最佳时间点测定其细胞指数值。结果:4批不同产地三七样品中,云南楚雄三七在最佳时间点38 h的细胞指数值最高,其生物活性最强。云南文山三七在最佳时间点38 h的细胞指数值最低,其生物活性最弱。结论:建立的基于RTCA的三七生物效价检测方法可初步用于三七质量的评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a biological quality control and evaluation method for Panax notoginseng, and to evaluate the quality of Panax notoginseng in different habitats by measuring its cellular index value. Methods: Real-time Cell-based Assay (RTCA) was used to investigate the biological activity of Panax notoginseng extract against specific cell-dependent cell lines. The trend of the changes and the action pattern of the samples during a certain period of time were analyzed. The best time point determination of the cell index value. RESULTS: Of the samples from Panax notoginseng from four batches of different regions, the cell index of Chuxiong of Panax notoginseng at 38 h was the highest, with the strongest biological activity. Yunnan Wenshan notoginseng at the best time point 38 h the lowest value of the cell index, its weakest biological activity. CONCLUSION: The established method for detecting the biological potency of Panax notoginseng based on RTCA can be initially used for the quality evaluation of Panax notoginseng.
