[本刊讯](顾莹一)日前,曼罗兰公司临时破产保护管理人Werner Schneider为曼罗兰公司争取到了一项称之为“Massekredit”的融资协议。融资协议在短短几天之内就顺利达成,这令Schneider倍感欣慰。“马上行动非常必要,生产中断对公司伤害极大并将使后续的销售进程变得更加困难。”Schneider表示。这批融资总额为五千五百万欧元,其中一千万欧元为现金,另外四千五百万欧元将以“部分”信贷的形式获得贷款。这笔贷款保证了公司能够获得必要的流动资金,而银行不必提供新的债务。
