中期妊娠的终止问题,是开展计划生育工作中必然遇到的课题,采用那种手术方法更好,又是医务人员经常探讨的问题。我院妇产科于1956年前曾先后采用奎宁、垂体后叶素静点,经腹羊膜腔内高渗葡萄糖羊水交换等引产方法,效果不够满意。近年来中断中期妊娠皆采用水囊引产,效果较好。今仅就有完整记载的40例,作一临床分析。
The termination of mid-term pregnancy is an inevitable issue in carrying out family planning work. It is better to adopt that surgical method and is a problem often discussed by medical staff. Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital before 1956 had been using quinine, pituitrin static point, transabdominal amniotic hyperosmolar glucose amniotic fluid exchange and other induction methods, the effect is not satisfactory. Interrupted mid-term pregnancy in recent years have adopted the water bag induction of labor, the effect is better. Only a complete record of 40 cases, for a clinical analysis.
