本文通过对出现裂纹的垫块进行化学成分分析得知,垫块化学成分杂质超标及铸态组织疏松是造成垫块热影响区出现淬硬裂纹的主要原因。
In this paper, chemical composition analysis of the cracked blocks shows that the excessive chemical composition of the blocks and the loose as-cast microstructure are the main reasons for the occurrence of hardened cracks in the heat-affected zone of the blocks.
