Esophageal and cardia cancers are one of the common malignant tumors in Chongqing. The Department of Thoracic Surgery in our hospital has treated 200 cases of esophageal cancer and esophageal cancer from 1963 to 1966 and about 9 years from 1972 to 1977 (175 cases of esophageal cancer, Cardiac cancer in 25 cases).
