X线摄片是目前诊断骨骼疾病的常规方法,根据骨膜反应,骨质破坏、骨质增生及硬化等所引起的不同透光密度进行诊断和定位,但对早期或较小的肿瘤,以及寻找骨转移瘤常受限制。近三十年来人们采用一些趋骨性放射性元素(如~(45)Ca、~(32)P、~(85)Sr)进行骨病变的基础与临床研究,认为骨扫描具有较早的诊断价值。扫描剂的种类较多,其中锝~(99m)标记的磷酸盐得到了较好的评价。我院自1975年8月起采用锝~(99m)-焦磷酸钠盐在动物试验的基础上,进行43例初步临床应用,尚称满意。现将使用情况介绍如下:
X-ray radiography is a routine method for the diagnosis of skeletal diseases. Diagnosis and localization are based on periosteal reaction, different transmission densities caused by bone destruction, bone hyperplasia, and sclerosis, but for early or smaller tumors, and the search for Bone metastases are often restricted. In the past three decades, basic and clinical studies on the use of bone-diagnosed radioactive elements (such as ~(45)Ca, ~(32)P, ~(85)Sr) for bone lesions have been conducted. It is considered that bone scan has an earlier diagnostic value. . There are many kinds of scanning agents, of which 锝 ~ (99m) labeled phosphate has been better evaluated. Our hospital has been using 43% (99m)-pyrophosphate sodium salt in animal experiments since August 1975, and preliminary clinical application of 43 cases was still satisfactory.
