《中华人民共和国劳动合同法(草案)》自2006年3月20日向社会公布征求意见以来,在社会上引起强烈反响,从3月28日至4月6日共收到各地人民群众意见32000多条。仔细分析这些意见就会发现,老百姓除继续关注法律适用范围、劳动合同短期化、试用期期限、经济补偿金标准、同工不同酬等问题外,还提出了其他一系列与其切身利益息息相关的问题。这里摘编部分建议,以飨读者。
