本文对高寒地区煤矿冬季储运筒仓内原煤的实际传热过程进行了分析,提出了简化的物理模型,得出了描述筒仓内原煤温度场解析式,经计算得出在不同时间内各种原煤的导热系数K值下的温度分布和立壁表层原煤的冻结厚度,并与试验筒仓的实际观测结果对比,表明理论解析与观测结果基本一致.本文还给出了计算储仓原煤温度场的简化公式,提供工程设计中实际应用.
This paper analyzes the actual heat transfer process of raw coal in the silo during winter storage in the high-cold area, proposes a simplified physical model, and obtains an analytical formula to describe the temperature field of the raw coal in the silo, which is calculated at different times. The temperature distribution of raw coal’s thermal conductivity coefficient K value and the frozen thickness of the raw coal of the standing wall surface are compared with the actual observation results of the test silo, which shows that the theoretical analysis and observation results are basically the same. This paper also gives the calculation of the raw coal temperature field of the storage bin. The simplified formula provides practical application in engineering design.
