目的分析近4年来剖宫产率升高的原因及影响因素,探索降低剖宫产率的有效措施。方法郑州市中医院2010—2013年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征进行回顾性分析。结果在剖宫产指征中,社会因素始终居第一位,居高不下,妊娠合并症及并发症有逐年上升趋势。结论近年来,剖宫产率升高主要原因为社会因素。
Objective To analyze the causes and influential factors of cesarean section rate increase in the past 4 years and to explore effective measures to reduce cesarean section rate. Methods Zhengzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2010 to 2013 cesarean section rate and indications for cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed. Results In cesarean section indications, social factors always ranked first, high, pregnancy complications and complications have increased year by year. Conclusion In recent years, cesarean section rate increased mainly due to social factors.
