TC9钛合金(盘料)钻削试验在立式钻床Z535上进行,采用组合夹具,电解润滑冷却液,钻头采用了φ5、φ8、φ12、φ16四种规格,W18Cr4V、W6MoSCr4V2A1(M2A1)、W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)等三种材料,分别以三种速度,三种走刀量搭配进行,共钻削近5000孔。 本钻削试验方法:采用各种用量搭配,每钻10个孔测量一次钻头磨损和孔径大小,直至达到磨钝标准(Δh): 1.测量部位:在钻头最外缘处,图1所示。
