为了落实“八五”计划关于成人教育工作的重要任务,加强教育干部队伍建设,最近,我们从政治素质、专业知识、业务能力和身体状况等四个方面,对黑龙江省工商银行系统(不含哈尔滨市工商银行和黑龙江金融职工学院)的教育干部队伍状况进行了调查。并对优化全省工商银行系统教育结构,提高教育干部队伍的两个素质,有了新的思考。一、教育机构设置及教育干部的配备情况黑龙江省工商银行设立了教育处,下属13个市(地)行中有9个设立了教育科,占市(地)行总数的69.2%;教育科人员配备较齐的有齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、佳木斯、伊春、绥化5个市(地)行,占总数的38.5%,教育科干部配备不足的有4个市(地)行,占市(地)行总数的30.8%。

The Education Section Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Yichun and Suihua cities account for 38.5% of the total. There are also 4 municipalities (prefectures) in the education department, 30.8% of the total number of rows.
