“福建省行知实验校”建设过程中存在一些问题,主要有实验校的性质和定位不清、实验方法多是运用和推广、建设路径不清、建设的力量不足和实验校主体地位不明。产生的原因是实验校建设的理论和模式没有建立起来、受到应试教育等教育体制的影响、功利主义价值观对实验校建设影响很大。实验校建设的对策是加强实验校建设的理论探索、加强实验校教师培训和加强实验校建设宣传,发挥实验校建设的主体地位和争取教育部门的支持。
There are some problems in the course of construction of “Xingzhi Experimental School of Fujian Province”, mainly including the nature and orientation of the experimental school are not clear, the experimental methods are mostly applied and popularized, the construction path is unclear, the power of construction is not enough and the dominant position of the experimental school unknown. The reason is that the theory and mode of experimental school construction have not been established. Influenced by the education system such as exam-oriented education, utilitarianism values have great influence on the construction of experimental school. The countermeasures for the construction of experimental school are to strengthen the theoretical exploration of experimental school construction, strengthen the training of experimental school teachers and strengthen the propaganda of experimental school construction, give full play to the dominant position of experimental school construction and win the support of education department.
