在党的总路线和八屆八中全会精神的鼓舞下,在党委的号召和具体領导下,1959年11月、12月間,我所出现了一个羣众性的学术活动高潮。它的特点是: 一、指导思想明确。我們大搞羣众性学术活动的目的,是为了破除迷信,解放思想,在科学战线上进一步貫彻党的羣众路线;是为了总結大跃进以来的科学研究成果和科学技术經驗,提高研究工作貭量,加速干部成长,从而促进科学工作的继續大跃进。二、声势浩大,羣众面广。参加这一活动的,不仅有高、中、初級的研究人員,而且有年青的見习員。这些見习員平均年令刚滿20岁,最小的还只有16岁,平均文化程度不到初中,有的只讀过高小。他
